'The host was friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the station and restaurants.'

'The apartment was well laid out and had quite a lot of space. Unfortunately it was extremely noisy so we barely slept. This really affected the entire stay. The check in was awkward and not smooth. You absolutely cannot arrive before 3pm, there is no flexibility. They provided us with the check in details at 3.05pm and when we finally arrived to the room it was still being cleaned so we had to wait outside until it was done. Overall the apartment was nice inside but the experience wasn’t great.'

'Checking in was a little complicated due to poor service—- had to wait outside a bit for everything to process. Very convenient luggage room. Room was perfect. Very clean. The AC’s were phenomenal! Close to great meal options.'

'We had room 104 and the table and chairs are really filthy. And the bathroom the showerfloor was broken. Luckily we had to showers so we could shower in the other one. The second bathroom was beter. The kitchensink made a lot of noise during the night. So one of the rooms we would rent again but the room with the kitchen never again a specially with the kids. The size of the room is really good and location next to the metro as well. The women at the counter was really nice and helpfull'

'Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...
