'It was a great stay at the hotel. We booked superior but got a room with a balcony with the view on the Ponte vecchio. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The drinks are expensive on the rooftop bar but it is worth it now and then. The pool is nice to cool down a bit from the heat in the summer. Next to that the room is very clean and the beds are comfortable, the shower is also great. You can ask for room service...

'Mooi uitzicht vanuit het dak van het hotel, klein zwembadje met (erg) warm water op het dakterras. Voorkomende staf. Op enige afstand van het ‘echte’ centrum, daardoor een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor de hippe wijkjes nabij. Veel authentieke en goedkope eettentjes direct in de nabijheid van het hotel.'
