Elisabetta was very kind during our stay! We arrived quite late and through a keylock we could easily check into the apartment, which was great! The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need during your stay and is about a 5 minute walk to the duomo. When one of us became ill during our stay, elisabetta was very kind and helpful and we could have a late checkout without problems. would definitely come back here again Thank you elisabetta! All the best!

Excellent location, very close to main attractions, but very outdated property. Walls are dirty, kitchen cabinets smell. We didn’t feel welcome and home, every wall had instructions with a lot of restrictions. Second bedroom is very small, master bathroom is tiny. Coffee maker didn’t even have filters , I know it’s not part of the rental agreement, but this little things make a difference. I am not going to stay there again.

Fantastic apartment! It had everything as advertised—two comfortable bedrooms, two clean bathrooms, and even a washing machine that worked perfectly. The location was ideal. The tram stopped right in front of the building, and we were just around the corner from Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery. There were tons of great restaurants just steps away, which made dining out easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful views and steps away from the old city. The property is on the third floor with no elevator but generally worth the climb. If you are four adults, be aware that the second bedroom has bunk beds that are geared more for children than adults but doable. The place is funky, but dated with eclectic furniture, but the ambiance more than makes up for its imperfections

Great location right next to the David, including many restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment is on the third floor and no elevator. The apartment had adequate space but needed some TLC. Our host was a delight to deal with.

Elizabetta was great, she does not speak a lot of English so just give her time and she will provide all the information you need. We were in a great location to explore the city, close to places to eat and everything was walkable. Getting the train right in front was super helpful. As advertised, communication was great.

Nice apartment and location. Tram and buses right in front. Some misunderstandings with host due to language but eventually resolved. Description did not say three flights of stairs to climb - we have personal mobility issues so this was a bit of a problem. Otherwise very nice.

Fabulous experience. The apartment was exactly as described, in the middle of the center with the train in front, which made it easy to travel. The only thing is that there is no elevator so you will have to haul the luggage to the 4th floor.

Everything is as listed. Wondeful 2 night stay. Plenty of space for 5. 2 adults and 3 children.Florence is just amazing! Yes there are stairs to the top (about 60), we did the Duomo and it has 463…..Elizabetta is very kind and communicated well.

2 night stay. Traveling with husband and teen. Communication with host worked well through VRBO app. Host met us outside apartment as planned and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. Elisabetta was very pleasant to deal/communicate with. The light in one bathroom was not working and we had issues with toilet in the other bathroom where flushing mechanism was sticking. This was communicated to Elisabetta, who was appreciative of notification. These were not issues that required immediate attention during our stay. Location was great!! Right next to the Accademia, short walk to Duomo, easy walk to Uffizi. Thank you Elisabetta!

We stayed for 4 days in Florence, Elizabetta's apt hit all the highlights for our family. Location is fantastic, tram arrives out front, The Acedemia restaurant just below is a wonderful friendly local restaurant to meet all your needs after a long day of sightseeing. Florence never disappoints and our family would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with room for our family of four. The location was great! Close to the train station, museums, shops and food. The only drawback was multiple flights of steps. The building does not include an elevator. We enjoyed the walk ability to lots of sites!

L’appartement est très bien situé, à 10-12 minutes à pieds de la gare. Il est important de savoir qui est au 3e étage et qu’il n’y a aucun ascenseur. Nous n’avons pas eue la chance de rencontrer Elisabetta durant notre séjour mais elle a été très courtoise par messagerie. Dans la chambre principale il faisait très chaud la première nuit mais en laissant le rideau automatisé du puit de lumière fermé en tout temps, on réussissait à conserver un peu la fraîcheur acquise durant la nuit avec le climatiseur. Nous avons dû être débrouillards pour réussir à avoir de l’eau chaude pour les douches puisqu’il y avait seulement l’eau froide. Pour ceux voyageant avec des enfants de moins de 12 ans, prenez note que la taxe de séjour ne s’applique pas à eux. Il y avait eue une petite erreur à ce niveau. Heureusement que nous avons été vigilants. Somme toute, nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Florence.
