'Hotel bevind zich op een fantastische locatie, downtown. Parkeergelegenheid in de directe omgeving, echter behoorlijk aan de prijs. Goede gym ter beschikking, niet te hard zweten want een warme douche zit er niet echt in. Ik heb dit aangegeven bij de receptie maar dat veranderde niets.'

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'The hotel has a beautiful, welcoming lobby and a convenient bar and restaurant within. However, as we got off of the elevator to go to our room, the odor was not pleasant. It smelled musty and damp. Thankfully, our room did not contain the same odor. Our room was comfortable and clean, which is a must for me! The hotel was located within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. '

Everyone was willing to help with any questions or concerns. The hotel was very convenient to many attractions and dining options. Breakfast and lunch at Zutro was very delicious and the service was awesome. Will definitely stay here again!'
