'The residence is in a good spot, easy access to the beach and a nice walk to Korčula’s old town. The grounds are pleasant. The townhouse itself feels a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did not use any of the facilities or try the breakfast. Overall, a convenient base for exploring the island.'

'Beautiful property, perfect location ! We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were very helpful at check in and check out. They were also very helpful with recommendations for activities. Nice area to sit out front and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend. '

'Super-cozy small hotel, with tasteful interior design of the rooms. Great view from the breakfast terrce over the sea, yet sheltered in the olive-tree shade. Owners of the hotel are super-hosts, friendly and very helpful, made me feel very welcome. Would gladly stay here again!'

'Très agréable et confortable séjour dans la Vila Korkyra Il manque peut être le petit cadeau de bienvenue comme ailleurs en Croatie mais surtout le prix payé pour le pays n'est pas justifié même si tout est neuf. Le propriétaire nous a attendu à l'arrivée du ferry ce qui est un plus quand on arrive de nuit'

'Our stay at Kis Residence was good, as was the included breakfast. We had a gorgeous view of the Adriatic and nearby islands. A car is a must for staying here. It's 15 miles out of Korcula town with not much nearby. The only negative is the furnishings. It is furnished as sparsely and inexpensively as possible, which is why we gave it a low comfort rating.'
