'General the hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and generally also a nice hotel. Grund Resort is however on Hotels.com registered as having air-condition. Sadly this does somehow not apply for 'standard double rooms' which both disappointed & surprised me as being visiting during summer time where the sun shines on the window side all day long +30 celcius'

'Krásný pokoj, příjemný personál, chutná snídaně formou bufetu, od 2 nocí lanovka na Černou horu zdarma, parkovnání v ceně, bazén a venkovní lehátka, možnost zahrát tenis, výhled na les, dobrá lokalita. Vytkla bych jen drobnosti: nefungující hodiny v tenisové hale i u bazénu, jemné praskání vypínače lampičky u postele, druhý den byly obě kaše ke snídani přeslazené (první den byly super), trysky v bazénu byly vypnuté celou dobu (na obrázku jsou zapnuté).'

'Śniadanie bardzo słabe. Nie jestem wymagająca. Na stronie informacja o basenie i saunie do dyspozycji gości, w rzeczywistości tylko godzina podczas pobytu, do tego saunę włączono 30 minut od czasu kiedy udostępniono mi te strefę... Pracownicy uprzejmi, pomocni, ta kwestia działa rewelacyjnie. Restauracja natomiast z bardzo ubogim menu, a szkoda. Bardzo urokliwe miejsce, zdała od tłumu z przepięknym widokiem z restauracji. Duże, przestronne pokoje. '

'This hotel is simply not worth the 4 stars. There is no bar or table, where you can sit and work. There is no possibility for coffee in the hotel outside breakfast, and there is only 2 small bottles of water to drink. The furniture and the bed are not comfortable. In general it is clean and the staff is friendly, but i expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel. '

'Very nice hotel with everything you might need. Friendly front desk employees who spoke English. Rooms are clean, roomy enough, lots of outlets, shower and toilet separate. Great location in main square with pedestrian area close and a castle directly behind for great trails and view. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. '
