'For the price, I really expected more. We asked for extra coffee for the room twice and never got it. The room was average for the area. We found trash on the floor of our room and under the sides of the bed like it had been overlooked when the room was cleaned. Staff was not friendly or helpful like I would expect on this price point. Overall nice property but nothing special. I have stayed at friendlier and nicer establishments in the area at the same rate. '

'We will definitely be back! 6 of us stayed for a dance competition at the coliseum so the location was ideal. The apartment was decorated for Christmas and had tree which was such a great surprise. Check in was so easy and will be back next time we are on the coast! '
