"Good hotel and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a triple room but found that they only provided one complimentary bottle of water for three people. Given the fact that there is more than one person staying in the room, they should’ve provided more bottles than just the one. Moreover they did not provide additional bottles during room service, you would have to buy water at reception. This is the only drawback that I would have with the hotel. "We had a great stay, the room was big with comfy beds and clean. The bathroom could have done with a shower screen or curtain as the floor got fairly wet after a shower, unless you aimed the shower head towards the wall. The shower was very nice though. Breakfast was good and served for a long time in the morning. "

"The hotel is pretty old, but the room was big enough and clean. The Spa is really nice, all amenities needed for a good relaxation. The breakfast and dishes from the restaurant were pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel also has free parking."

"A great location and a nice hotel. Only bad point is that the hotel has screwed the controls closed on the air con for the room and during our stay the temperature was 34 degrees so could not reduce the temp below 20."

"Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again. My only 'niggle' was that there was no where to buy water on an evening. Two bottles are supplied in the room but not replaced. It would be helpful to have a vending machine in the building. Most shops and bars close to the hotel close around 11pm."
