'The cleanliness is good, but the people are very dirty and rude. They leave glasses everywhere, eat by the pool, and no one says anything. There were cigarette butts, fruit, and used condiment packets on the sand and tables near the pool. They need to better control the people or clean more often.'

'Room Neglected, Very Dirty, Refrigerator was broken we ask to be Fixed but nothing, They did not care
we asked for a bed sheet and we never received and Nobody showed up and we asked for Towels and Nothing as Nobody Cares and never showed up, The Restaurant by the Resort with Very Bad Food and Rude Servers by the Restaurant, that Resort its a Trap '

'I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language so I believed was not an issue having myself stayed in different countries and hotels where had faced the same situation (never had a problem). In the process it was never explained anything...
