'Room Neglected, Very Dirty, Refrigerator was broken we ask to be Fixed but nothing, They did not care we asked for a bed sheet and we never received and Nobody showed up and we asked for Towels and Nothing as Nobody Cares and never showed up, The Restaurant by the Resort with Very Bad Food and Rude Servers by the Restaurant, that Resort its a Trap '

'The cleanliness is good, but the people are very dirty and rude. They leave glasses everywhere, eat by the pool, and no one says anything. There were cigarette butts, fruit, and used condiment packets on the sand and tables near the pool. They need to better control the people or clean more often.'

'This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage.'
