'Room rates are high for the quality of amenities provided and overall services. There's no room service, the on site cafe uses concentrates for all beverages, and some of these containers are not even close to being stored hygienically. The staff are ok but service is slow if you want extra towels etc. The view from the room is 10/10, waking upto a beautiful sunrise is serene. Access to the beach is easy and tedious at the same time. Overall we did have a good time.'

Het hotel heeft 150 kamers, fitnessruimte en zwembad op de bovenverdieping. Snelle liften in het gebouw. Behulpzame receptie en een uitstekend restaurant. Dichtbij station en busterminal. 'My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for. Kudos to the hospitality team at Goodland Elegance TVM. '
