'2nd time visiting and staying at same place with overall no complaints, room had same vibe, the few issues that were presented was a can opener and pot handle which was addressed promptly when contacting mgmt with clogged drains as well by maintenance. Parking is sufficient. Had a few other visitors from stray chickens, cats and dogs but no issues. Enjoyed time away from home and explored a little more than last visit. The shopping areas have not fully recovered from hurricanes with a few stores...

'Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect.'

'We love secret harbor. We got married here and returned for our 5th anniversary this year. I must admit it is expensive compared to other resorts on the island but it has EVERYTHING! The beach is quiet and chairs, umbrellas and towels are included rather than an extra cost. The snorkeling right off the shore is amazing! If you don't have your own equipment there is a dive shop on property. Rental was only 15$ a day. My husband and i took an intro scuba dive which he LOVED! no experience needed....

'We enjoyed the property but didn’t love it. Great set up with two bedrooms, two baths with family room and kitchen. Elevator system is definitely a little strange, food on site is decent but we found better options when venturing out.

We absolutely loved this location and would highly recommend staying here—especially when no cruise ships are in port. Shopping and restaurants are just blocks away, along with the (in)famous 99 Steps and Blackbeard's right next door. The views from both the bar and our room were truly breathtaking. 'My wife and I stayed in an Ocean Upper in May 2026. It was a very high level resort experience. The grounds are lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and has several levels of seating from which to watch the sea and the sunsets. Our room was in great condition and very clean.
