'It was a last minute trip to see family from the west coast but we used to live in Baltimore and have been to the restaurant many times in the past. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that our room was not ready at 5:30 which was not acceptable. Husband made it happen because we had time contraints. '

'This is an amazing hotel. The staff are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Let us check in super early and we were able to sleep after our red eye for which we were very grateful. Comfortable beds and pilllows. The crab cakes at Poets are amazing!! Only issue we had was the strange up charges at breakfast. (Got charged $5 trying to not be wasteful and having them not include the eggs with breakfast.) Saw a lot more of Baltimore than we would have if we had stayed closer to the convention center. '

'Everyone was really sweet and kind. We had an issue with our room & they worked hard to rectify it and were so patient. There was a wedding there and despite all of that they were still super patient with us. '
