'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The mattress was old and badly indented, making it feel like I was sinking into it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I personally went to the front desk and asked for extra pillows. They told me they would deliver them to my room, but they never did. On top of that, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay even less enjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better places to stay.'

'This was my second stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and well appointed. The breakfast is delicious and choices are great. The parking is ample and accommodating.'

'The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

'This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t travel often, but when I do, I usually stay in lower value hotels because I don’t require much. But the dead animal stench and the roaches crawling throughout the room were too much. I’ll probably never stay in an America’s Best Value ever. I had reserved 2 nights but had to cancel the last night and went to a different hotel.'

De kraan in de badkamer gaf nauwelijks water, de handdouche hing aan een elastiekje, de kluis deed het niet, er lagen haren in de badkamer en buiten staat een afval verzamelplek waar ik ratten zag.'

'This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!'

'Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.'

'This place is convenient to Copperplex. That is the nicest thing to say. It is hidden behind other hotels not visible from the road. The room was not clean. The sink was cracked and glued together. The sheets were gritty. The pullout couch was broken. The noise level was very loud, and you can hear other peoples conversations and bathroom tendencies. Do not recommend it.'

'We only stayed there for a night on our way to DC from NYC. The impression of the hotel was that it was clean, nice and friendly service.'
