Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. 'My favorite hotel, anywhere. It is always a treat to stay here. The decor is beautiful, thoughtful, and interesting! Such a nice change from standard corporate hotel style. The minibar and snacks are very nice. The Topside and B-Side are both fun places to go. The lobby area is a nice place to sit, with interesting art and furniture. 'Great hotel, and a very good location convenient to a lot of great restaurants sent to the convention center. The only issue I had was that the restaurant and bar were minimally staffed. I’d hoped to find a lot more lively a hospitality aspect at the hotel. But the rooms were nice and quiet.'
