'My family and I stayed for 2 nights from May 4th to May 6th. Very disappointed with our stayed. The main reason was because when I let the front desk lady know that our toilet was clogged, she was just texting on the phone and didnt even look at me. I keep telling her what our room number was to make sure, but she still keep looking at her phone texting. My wife asked if she heard what the room number was and she replied " yes loud and clear ". This was around 11:30 am. When we came back at 10pm...

'The host Brandon was really adherent to our needs and concerns, very helpful and polite and always kept a smile on his face. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the property is very convenient to shops and restaurants and the pool hours were very accommodating. We had a great time.'

'The outside premises were nice and the checkout area was clean. The morning breakfast was delicious and had options. However, the suite for my family was not so great. The TVs weren’t working, one of the toilet didn’t flush properly and the wifi was choppy. The price I paid for one night‘s stay wasn’t worth it. Would not stay here again!'

'The website said that the hotel is under renovation and it did not lie. The entrance and lobby are a construction zone. You have to enter from the back. Check in is a person sitting at a desk in the back hallway. The grounds are not being maintained. Only one elevator is in use. However, once you get past all of that, the rooms are spacious and clean.'

'I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shady'
