She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. 'The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. 'This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t travel often, but when I do, I usually stay in lower value hotels because I don’t require much. But the dead animal stench and the roaches crawling throughout the room were too much. I’ll probably never stay in an America’s Best Value ever. I had reserved 2 nights but had to cancel the last night and went to a different hotel.'

'There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower.'
