'Dit was echt het meest luxe hotel waar ik ben verbleven. Het heeft wel de communist show off vibe maar het is goed onderhouden. De bedden liggen heerlijk, het zwembad heeft een mooi uitzicht en is lekker warm. De ligging is ideaal, twee van mijn tours starten direct ernaast. Een echte aanrader zeker ook voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding'

'Een heel fijn hotel om te verblijven. Alles op loopafstand midden in het centrum. Lekker genoten van de sauna en jacuzzi. Het enige minpuntje is dat we een lunchpakket hebben meegekregen, omdat we en vroege vlucht hadden, niet voldeed aan onze dieetwensen. Dit terwijl we het wel hebben aangegeven. '

'People working the front desk were really nice. Airco worked well. The hotel feels quite outdated, and while that has its charm, it was also uncomfortable. Bed was rock solid, carpet was a bit iffy, and reception phone was unplugged and I couldn't plug it in to the broken slot. On Friday night the hotel hosted a birthday party in the breakfast area with loud music going until 2am. I could hear it and the bass in my room (even after asking them to turn it down). 'We hadden een upgrade gekocht voor een clubkamer op de 11 de etage, waardoor we gebruik konden maken van de clublounge, waar drankjes en hapjes geserveerd werden en eveneens een ontbijt. Hoewel wij voor kamer en ontbijt betaald hadden hebben we toch veel gebruik gemaakt van deze faciliteit. De stad hadden we snel gezien en hebben regelmatig gebruik gemaakt van de geboden faciliteiten o.a. Sauna en zwembad.'

'I absolutely loved this hotel. 3 couples stayed here recently and the hotel was a standout for me, out of all the ones on the tour we did of Romania. The concierge, Mayer, was lovely, so helpful and professional. The hotel is appointed beautifully and is very comfortable. The welcome champagne was lovely too. If I return to Bucharest I will stay here again. It's close to a couple of good bars that serve food too. Big thanks to Mayer for making the stay so memorable. '

'The area is beautiful, serene and secluded which I loved the most about this property. I was able to rest very well during my stay. 'Not 5 stars! 2.5! Had to reset the internet a few times each day. Bathtub was all mildewed, the other bathroom was missing the shower door and had no shower curtain. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, the carpets were stained and not even fully attached to the floor. The the view was not as expected. This was a case of pretty decor covering up a lot. We contacted Hotels as soon as we checked in, but could not be refunded. Be careful with this one!!!'
