'My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. However, we were only given wash clothes day 1, I had to call or physically go get them after that. My mom saw housekeeping & asked for one & was refused. 'The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children.
