'Very welcoming staff at reception. Excellent location. Room can use some ergonomic improvements, for example, there is only one pillow on the bed, so reading is not easy. The TV is placed so high up on the wall across from the bed that it's really uncomfortable to look at. Lower the TV so that some in bed (the only possible place to see it) can view it without neck pains. More pillows would partial resolve this issue. I've stayed at this hotel more than twenty times. The location is perfect.'

'It is clear that old hotels can have their flaws but also charm. This hotel is howe er due to renovatio n because the sanitation us below standards even of a low budget hotel. The hotel is housed next to the busiest road of Montreux with in the night roaring cars and motors. The isolation is of 100 years ago thus bad for a good night sleep. Breakfast is with 20€ overpriced as it offers nothing more than a few croissants and coffee and some cheese and ham. '

'For us the main reason to come to Vevey was to go to the Chaplin Museum, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect: the room, service, location, the hotel is in a very beautiful building situated on a lake. We loved Vevey, it is a quiet place, very relaxing, a short bus ride to the museum, the hotel gives a free pass to the public transportation. I strongly recommend the hotel, Vevey and the fantastic Chaplin Museum. '

'Ik kwam aan bij hotel om 10 uur in de ochtend. Ik mocht pas vanaf 15 uur gebruik maken van mijn kamer wat voor mij niet de optie was. Daarvoor moest ik mijn kamer upgraden naar executive suit voor 50 euro en ook nog 30 euro betalen voor early checkin. De kamer stonk. Er was gedurende twee dagen slechte geur in mijn kamer. De kamer was bovendien klein en er waren weinig tekens van "executive suit". Service was ok. Ik zou deze hotel niet aanraden en zelf ook niet boeken.'

'Mooi oud pand met mooie oude inrichting. Kamer vrij basaal. Oud bed, geen geweldig matras. Geen airco maar met de raam open toch redelijk goed geslapen. Prima ontbijt. Kaart voor gratis open vervoer gekregen. Zeer goede verbinding met bus hierdoor met Montreux en buurgemeenten.'
