'The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. The pool area is really nice but the raised infinity pool means you can't see it from the sunbeds. Also although described as having a poolside bar and restaurant this wasnt staffed during our stay and staff didnt check on you so this meant going to reception if you wanted or needed anything. 'It was a stay of 3 nights, they apparently just started up and the pool was absolutely freezing. The hot tub was warm, not hot. I guess the water needed more time to heat up. This was a pity for the kids as they were looking forward to the swim. Everything else was enjoyed. Nice service and good food.'

From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day. '
