'New property in Chania … exceptional facility and staff … superb FIVE star experience Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. The facilities: 3 swimming pools with excellent seating, gym: state of the art, and multiple restaurants...

'Supermooi en nieuw resort, vanwege vertraging in bouw os resort nog niet helemaal ac. Er wordt hard gewerkt om laatste hand te leggen aan kids club, spa en laatste kamers. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij, eten uitstekend - mooie plek om naar terug te gaan over 1-2 jaar'

'The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.'

'I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The hotel and room were spotless, very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, and the spa service was also very good. I especially appreciated the multiple swimming pools with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a short holiday, 5 nights and 6 days. The neigboorhood is very quiet, but some evenings the other guests in the hotel were very loud. That was unpleasant. The hotel is build upon a hill, but they drive you with a minivan to the beach and back. Very relaxing! If you want to walk it's also no problem because they have build a bridge with stairs so it is not that steep and very good to do. Personnaly I would give it a 4-star rating, not 5 stars but afterall our stay was very good.'

'Staff was great, accessible and very helpful! Good variety of food choices and good quality at breakfast and dinner, could be a bit better in terms of choice on the pool bar buffet and non alcoholic drinks for the All-inclusive. Children's swimming pool is awesome! Very good experience!!'

We stayed in the Fabric room facing the harbour and it was gorgeous! The staff at the front desk were so helpful in their recommendations for parking and activities in the area. '

'Prima hotel met zeer goede service, echter te weinig bedden voor de gasten o 07.30 zijn alle bedden al bezet. Overal staan borden dat het niet is toegestaan echter word hier niets mee gedaan. Ik zeg aanpassen als jullie willen dat gasten terugkeren.'

'Porto platanias village is een 4 sterren accommodatie. Rustig en toch wanneer je de hoek omloopt volop winkels en restaurants. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We wilden een ander appartement, direct geregeld bagage overgebracht perfect! Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Je kunt ook gebruik maken van het zwembad en de fitnessruimte vh hotel aan de overkant vd weg. Hier is ook een direct toegang tot het strand met ligbedden + parasols. Er is een animatieteam die vriendelijk komt vragen of je mee een potje...
