'Hotel was nice. Friendly staff and right by union square. Had a standard room, rnot much of a view. Clean room but small, and not much of a view. Bed was comfortable, bathroom could use some remodelling We were there on a Tuesday, not much to do in the hotel bar itself. Payed around 250 for it. Considering it is SAn Francisco, I was pleased with this hotel.'

'This property is absolutely beautiful with a lot of history! The rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds! It’s centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! The staff are friendly and professional and always there to help with your every need! There are several restaurants on property if choose not eat off property. Love love this hotel!'

'prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is niet okay in feite als je dan toch zoveel betaald en het restaurant is niet open en/of op halve kracht dat je alles zelf moet gaan bestellen aan de toog dat is niet okay verder geen premium gevoel maar wel goed hotel met uitstekende bedden '

Mooie kamers en veel faciliteiten; verschillende zwembaden, kids club, tennisbanen, gym, parkeren etc. Allemaal in resort fee inbegrepen. Perfecte locatie, zeker met kinderen. Bij aankomst een upgrade gekregen tegen gereduceerd tarief. Naast een restaurant ook de mogelijkheid om bij eigen bakkerij ontbijt te halen. Op loopafstand zijn er ook goede en betere alternatieven. 'Great property but understaffed. Doesn't meet 5 start requirements like 24 hour room service or the little things that make a 5 star stay different. Would recommend just measure expectations--gorgeous restaurant and AMAZING nail salon! '
