'We spent a few days in Tjianjin, and went for the luxury room in this superb hotel. Location is good for shopping. You get all support you need and want. In my case I got myself a painful hernia in a round of golf the previous week. Concierge and lead manager Kevin took us to a hospital and spent many hours including off-duty time to assure we would see the right doctors and get proper treatment. He deserves to be singled out for going beyond the expected. All of the staff was very helpful and...
