'We enjoyed our stay at the Keystone Lodge. We had a dog friendly room that was on the ground level and very convenient to take our dogs out. We loved the patio too. This is an older lodge with signs of wear and tear. The rooms and bathroom are quite large but the rooms could use a face-lift. Especially the carpets and baseboards. The pool was nice but they dont allow outside food and drink which is very unusual...the steamroom and hot tub were great! We would definitely come back and stay...

'Upon arrival- found out POWER WAS OFF, COLD showers only.
After my request, was offered sister hotel options- had to hurriedly book @ Hampton- 15 minutes away.
Hampton accommodated us.
I understand this happens- life happens. What was disappointing was there was NO NOTICE from either the Hyatt Hotel or Expedia. 'We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer.
