'Amazing experience. Staff so nice and courteous. Hotel was so quiet everywhere. Our rooms had espectacular views of the Gwangan Bridge and the room amenities were great as well. Had an amazing time and will definitely return there next time we go back to Busan. '

'The hotel itself is beautiful but the staff made it a top notch stay.
It is near the beach but far enough away to get both relaxation and all the excitement of Gwangali Beach in the same trip. Great views of the bridge and food and drink all around the property.

Un punto extra es la cercania que tiene con la calle comercial de Haeundae-gu, era muy facil ir a comer en la noche y realizar compras, ademas de su cercania al transporte publico como el bus y el metro'

'New, clean, convenient (corner store on premises and free parking). Great suite. I'm not sure who did what in the past that warrants advertising upcharges for things like not doing the dishes or sorting the recycling but it leaves a bad vibe. But I guess they find it necessary. '

'Very nice apartment like, we got 2 bedroom for 2 nights, big rooms, big sala and big kitchen. It really made me feel like a home away from home. We can stay comfortably because of the big space. Nice view of Heundae Beach. With convenince store and restaurant in the lobby, makes easy for us to get our daily food supplies and beverages. Clean towels daily, they automatically put in the front door daily, even we dont ask for it. Wifi connection is also strong. Kitchen is equiped and we can cook...

'Property was well-located in Haeundae, a short walk to food and the beach. The hotel has good amenities, laundry machines for guests and very modern rooms. Only small complaints would be some slight wear and tear in the room (paint chips, scratched walls) that need just a bit of love. Nice stay overall.'

First of all, after booking you receive an email with the information that check-in details will be distributed 48h upftont. I did not receive anything, so 24upfront I contacted the property. When I arrived in the room I found a big screen on the wall that controlls everything. It cant switch to english, and you need it to switch of the heating device. Great!
The next day I wanted to enjoy the pool and gym, like they advertised in their pictures. Turns out you have to pay additional (almost the price of the room itself) per day to use both. They say it is mentioned in the small remarks, and that it is ownef by an other company. But seriously: they use the pictures as it is their own property.
On top of that there is no reception, no housekeeping and an extra towel is very difficult to get. Even if you reach a human on the Korean chatfunction (which also starts with a non-english chatbot).
This โhotelโ was more expensive then hotels with same rarting and quality in the same neighbourhood. I paid extra for this โhotelโ due to looks of the room, the pool an gym. What you get is an ok room, difficult communication and not the extra comfort you pay for. "
