Ruim huis direct aan het strand! Eigen weg en vrij rustige buurt. Grote oprijlaan voor parkeren en kleine privé bosrijke omgeving in grote voortuin. Prive onderhouden parcours in de achtertuin door met gras begroeide duinen recht op mijl van het prachtige strand. Geniet van de zonsondergang en zonsopgang vanaf de bank, eetkamertafel, ligstoel of gezellig in het bed in de slaapkamer. Of geniet ervan direct op het strand terwijl u aan het klauteren bent of strandkammen of gewoon ontspannen in het zand of surf met de meegeleverde boogieplanken. Op de tweede verdieping bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan zijn de woonkamer en een volledige keuken (volledig gevuld), slaapkamer met kingsize bed met uitzicht op de oceaan en een eigen badkamer met douche, 2 andere slaapkamers met queen size bedden, grote badkamer met douche, wasruimte en terras (met grill en tuinmeubilair recht uit de glazen schuifdeur vanuit de eetkamer). Eerste verdieping heeft een grote entree, 2 slaapkamers met queensize bedden en een complete badkamer met groot bubbelbad. Garages zijn afgesloten.

As a family who enjoys each other’s company we enjoyed our recent stay. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed the large living room space and the terrific ocean views. Overall the house was very comfortable.However there were issues that were very disappointing.The refrigerator, even on its highest setting was not food safe. It was over 50 degrees and ice cream thawed in the freezer. We had to use the freezer to chill beverages and rotate perishables to keep them cold.Some of the glassware and silverware were not dishwasher clean. Glasses were sticky and some silverware had food still stuck on them.The bbq grill was mostly unusable. It was dirty and the knobs for adjustment didn’t work.There was an invasion of tiny ants in the larger bedroom. Although there were ant traps out, they didn’t appear to be working. We added new traps that seemed to help.Overall the cleanliness was not as good as advertised.

Family Beach Time

Gwen's house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The view is outstanding and the house is well equipped for staying in for cooked meals. The only downside was the stairs. In the listing, only one small set of stairs is visible. There is another whole staircase before the small one. It might be helpful to others if they are aware of this. One of the members in our group was over 80 years old and it was a little difficult at times. It's quite hard to haul a full cooler up too! (The cooler could be stored downstairs, however that wasn't very convenient for our group). All in all, I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Beach Front Beauty

The location was perfect! Short trail walk to beach. Clamming right in front of the house. Family, friends and dogs had a great weekend. The 5 bedrooms have everyone the space needed. Large living room to hang out in with the view. Would definitely come back to stay again.

3rd Time at this House in Grayland

This was the third time our family gathered ( From Spokane and Portland area) at this house. Adults and kids all had a blast. House is roomy and has a great view. We go for walks on the beach, play games, and catch up. Perfect family time!Owner is so responsive it makes planning a trip easy.

Girls weekend at the beach!

We love this house. Five great friends meet at this house each year to catch up, laugh, eat good food, and rejuvenate! Five bedrooms allowed us to each have our own space. The beds are comfortable and lots of couches for lounging around watching the waves, and a couple deer and eagles frolicking. The kitchen is stocked with spices, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and counter space! We were treated to a storm at the beach with hail, rain, and two rainbows. Can't wait til next year!

Not clean

Well, the location was great. Access to the beach was easy. It was razor clam season, and we were right where the getting was good. The house is huge, and the view was incredible.That's about where the good stops. The house was filthy. There was some kind of unidentifiable sticky mess all over the kitchen countertops. I had to rewash the dishes because of the food residue on them. The view was obscured by the thick layer of handprints on every window (and mirror).There was hair mated to the baseboards in every bathroom. There were cobwebs everywhere. There was piles of hair underneath every piece of furniture. Most of the window screens are destroyed, letting in insects at night.We had to stop looking for the filth or we couldn't have stayed.I specifically chose this listing because of how they advertised that it would be clean.Very disappointed.

Had the entire family, all adults, but a really good experience. Gwen (and her husband) the property manager was awesome. The house is nice and large worked for us very well. Would highly recommend and would repeat the experience.

Christmas at the beach!

This home was perfect for our family. There are a lot of stairs, in case you’re bringing older family members. There was ample seating for our family and space for people to spread out if needed. The path to the beach is super convenient. We loved that the owners decorated for Christmas! The tree was a great touch. Any communication we required with the owners was very quickly responded to. The view is spectacular! The one recommendation I would have would be to check the cleaning crew. The home needed a good scrub down top to bottom. Regardless of that, it was a fantastic trip!

Ideal location with an outstanding view. One could sit and watch the ocean for hours or take a short walk from the back of the house right to the beach! There are a few items that need addressing, but this having been our third stay, I’m hoping it won’t be our last!

We love this house!

We love this house! Whether sitting on the beach reading a book or sitting in the spacious living room it’s perfect for relaxing while watching the waves roll in. The kids of all ages enjoy playing in the waves. The water is relatively warm in the summer months. But winter is great for watching storms roll in. We’ve booked it again for next year!

Big space with great ocean views

The house was great as a home base to our family of 7 and dog with lots of room to spread out and come together for meals and board games when we weren’t exploring the beach - which was a convenient and quick walk. The home was furnished with all the essentials, however the beds were worn in and had lost their shape.
