'It’s a gorgeous property and was spotless. The food was good. The front desk, wait staff and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. Overall I had a nice stay. It doesn’t get 5 stars because they forgot to pick me up from the airport and only sent the driver when I got outside, found no one waiting for me and called to ask, which took another 45 minutes. Luckily I had a working sim, I speak French and I’m familiar with Abidjan. This could have gone sideways for someone else....

'The bed is basic and the staff not friendly. Not customer oriented. The towels in the bathroom have aged. I was more disappointed than anything else. I generally trust the overall rating before visiting a place but I made a mistake on this one.'

'Goede accommodatie. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.'

'Séjour magnifique comme d’habitude'

'I did book this hotel via Hotels.com but at check-in my pre-payment at Hotels.com was not settled. Therefore I needed to pay again to get access to my room. The hotel did this by checking in again, so I payed twice! It was the first and last time for me using Hotels.com and staying at Ivotel Abidjan.'

'Clean. Helpful and kind staff.'
