Compleet&Compact:klein maar je hebt al het nodige.
Hotel is schoon en compleet, incl. zwembad en sportschool met stoombad en sauna. Alleen de beperkte openingstijden zijn een beetje jammer. Als je niet al te veel spullen hebt en kunt leven met een beperkt aantal m3 en kleine ruimtes is dit een perfecte deal. ook de auto kan in de parkeergarage maar ook deze is klein bemeten maar wel degelijk geschikt voor een normale gezinsauto, niet zo voor SUV's maar dergelijke hotelgasten zitten meestal ook in het Hilton.

I usually stay here during my visit to Abudhabi. The hotel apartment is quiet, clean, safe. The rooms are large, well furnished, large beds, good kitchen set up. The staffs are polite, helping, soft spoken. The staff at the reception desk are very very kind and polite. The lift system is well controlled by your room swipe card. The swimming pool is good . There are various types of shops near and around, that i could purchase groceries, food, stationaries, medicines at anytime . Overrall the hotel.apartment is very good.

It's hard to say that it's 4 star hotel. A little bit old hotel, very dark on 1st floor in studio. But it was quick and good stay if you need hotel only for night.

Studio room with kitchen near bus station
My room was convinient as it had a kitchen, I didn't use the oven or gas, but I did use the fridge, microwave and the washer (you can request a drying rack) and all were helpful. The place also provided some water bottles. (Staff said don't drink the water, when I asked) The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. (Except the wooden headboard which my head banged against). The elevators made noise every time they stopped on the floor. The place is about a 15 min walk to the bus station (and mall) or short taxi ride. There is a LuLu supermarket nearby.

The apartment was a good size. Kitchen and washer/dryer was appreciated. Location was good, lots of food and pharmacies and even a clinic in walking distance and taxi available in front of the property. The front staff was very helpful and always pleasant. The general property was clean, however our room had a problem. The bed was hard and pillows lumpy but bedding was clean. The air conditioning system appears to be central so you smell your neighbor's cooking. During the night time the bathroom and entire room starts to sweat. The ac struggled and condensation ran down the walls and floor of the bathroom and floor of the apartment rendering the entire floor wet and slippery. As a result the room smelled musty and felt damp. The walls around the ac vents are dirty and the shower stall needs to be better maintained. The constant wetness of the walls and floor was disconcerting. I don't know if we had that problem alone. Apart from the wet issue, we had a good stay. Kudos to the staff for their help.

My Best one night stay
The location is fine. Just about 6 minutes drive to Abu Dhabi Central Bus Terminal. The room is like a typical studio home away from home, plus they have a washing machine. Everything is in the kitchen. Bathroom is fully supplied with all the essentials. There is a bar like table/stool. I love it. I wish I have more time to spend in Abu Dhabi. Whenever I come back, I surely will stay at Al Diar Sawa hotel, Insha Allah

Mi experiencia fue buena, el personal muy amable. El check in y el check out fueron muy rápidos, tiene buena ubicación muy cerca de la central de autobuses y del downtown, por mo que si viajas de Dubai a Abu Dhabi en 5 minutos en taxi ya estas en el Hotel. La cocina era regular creo que podria mejorar. Lo que si que el internet era muy malo. No habia buena conexion y para mi era vital pues era un viaje de negocios.

Good downtown hotel
The hotel is well located and is clean, tidy and well maintained. I would satay here again, the only down side was the check in process that the staff struggled to get right and then blamed the booking agent.

Wir hatten explizit um ein Nicht Raucher Zimmer gebeten, leider mussten wir in einem dreckigen Raucher Zimmer zwei Nächte verbringen, bis reagiert wurde. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, kaltes Wasser in der Dusche auch nach Beschwerde. Personal sehr hilfreich und höflich, Zimmer nicht empfehlenswert

Excellent location, central area close to supermarket and restaurants. Excellent accommodation, super helpful staff. I noticed some details that could be improved in cleaning, such as in the kitchen utensils, but this was not a problem. In general, great value for money.

Great value for money
The location was excellent as I was in Abu Dhabi to attend football match and the stadium was very close however, att restaurants, groceries, taxi station...etc. were around the hotel, room was clean, staffs were very helpful.

The staff are so friendly and ready to help you at any time. There are some negative points related to the cleaning, facilities and house maintenance. They need to improve it. Over all, is good experience but i don't think I will come again else there is major improvement in the quality of the rooms.

Clean place but has a weird washing machine. Room service is done every alternate days.
