Not 5 star anymore, 4 star at most
Great pool, room needs renovations, wallpaper falling off, shower very slippery/dangerous. Rooms are not soundproof. Sunbeds are in urgent need for renewal breakfast is below average, chose to eat breakfast elsewhere. restaurants are really good. The arabic restaurant also good food but very bad service, the italian restaurant should train their staff. With a good renovation update, quality control and let the restaurants help with the breakfast it can become a gem. But for me and my family, it is not worth a retry

Ideaal hotel gelegen op mooie locatie in Abu Dhabi
Schitterend hotel mooi gelegen in Abu Dhabi met veel faciliteiten en schitterende gold suites met een mooi uitzicht over de moskee van Abu Dhabi. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt met gelegenheid om buiten te zitten en binnen. Zwembadwater is soms zelfs lekker koel.

Geweldig hotel met eigen strand
Geweldig hotel met eigen privéstrand. Alle keurig geregeld aan het strand en zwembad. Personeel is uitermate behulpzaam. Het hotel voelt als een vakantieresort. Locatie is wat ver van de toeristische plekken, maar dichtbij de Grand Moskee.

Heerlijke vakantie in luxe hotel.
Het hotel is zeer aan te bevelen als je van een luxe omgeving houdt. De kamers zijn fantastisch, het ontbreekt aan niets, zeer luxe. Het personeel staat dag en nacht voor je klaar. Heerlijke ligbedden aan zee met handdoekservice en water. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar het brood niet bijzonder vers. Je kunt heerlijk eten in de verschillende restaurants, behalve het Libanese restaurant, dat viel erg tegen. De drank- en eetprijzen zijn wel bijzonder hoog. We hebben er een heerlijke vakantie in een luxe, gastvrije omgeving gehad.

Having stayed in the Fairmont on the Palm in Dubai previously, we thought this would be the same, but it is not. The hotel was clean and staff very nice but the hotel is dated and food very repetative and limited options compare to other hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was nice, Dinner was very limited. Overall food was hit and miss in terms of quality. Rooms were not cleaned until 4.45pm some days - ended up doing it myself. Another day we were not left any clean towels - the small things that make a big difference when you have paid to travel all that way. It wasnt terrible and we got a good price on the hotel, but I wouldnt return and based on the cost of the flights, I want something better.

From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. We were always treated with kindness and respect, staff always had a smile and always ready to help. We loved it so much we didn’t leave the hotel once. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and beach area were very clean also and well kept. We really hope we would have stayed more days. Will definitely come back. I do have to mention that the Steakhouse restaurant does not allow children. I called to make a reservation and was told that no children were allowed but that we could eat in our room. Lol. That wasn’t the best response but other than that everything was great.

A wonderful hotel, overlooking the mosque. Sunsets are amazing. Great restaurants, pools are very clean. Staff are very helpful will definitely be returning here next year.

This was one of the prettiest hotels we stayed at! We got checked into our room but then decided we wanted the beach view. The staff was absolutely amazing and upgraded us to a higher floor with the beach view and the mosque, at a discounted price! Rooms are amazing and very clean. Has an amazing pool and restaurants at the hotel. They have a pool for kids and adults. I highly recommend the Fairmont if you are staying in Abu Dhabi!

It was close to everyrhing with nice private beach & pool. Great for kids. Trouble with the sink and blinds the entire stay.

This is an excellent hotel at a great value the staff here try their best the property is also well-maintained. It’s an excellent place to have a wedding or dinner. The view of the Grand Mosque from the back is very nice. Also, they have rentals of jetskis and other waters sports at a reasonable price you must ask for that price. I happen to eat at the sushi restaurant. I decided to get the all you could eat sushi with the all you could drink alcohol package, considering alcohol at restaurants in the Emirates is not cheap. They had a deal of all you could drink beers, or mixed drinks or wine and you could change from one to another but I just stuck with beer. I must’ve drank about 12. The sushi was excellent perfect temperature. The rice texture was superior. The gym is also very nice. I happen to try that out as well. New modern fitness equipment, and finally brunch very high-quality ingredients and products all the with high end seafood
