'Nice and spacious 1BR apartment in the heart of Florence. Close to practically everything. No reception in the building but the communication via WhatsApp was very good and the keys pick-up was smooth.
The deep bathtub/jacuzzi/shower was great to relax in but the bathroom needs a renovation: the ventilation is very poor and there's mold in a few places around the bathtub and the ceiling. The rain shower system was a bit run down and one of the toilet flushes was malfunctioning. '

'This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence '
