Barn restored retaining exposed beams and stones. Isolated site (poor mobile network coverage), ideal for disconnecting and recharging your batteries. Ground floor: Large living room with kitchen area (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher). Dining area (wood stove, TV) opening onto the terrace. Mezzanine with lounge area. Go down a few steps: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Bathroom, wc/laundry room (washing machine). Climb a few steps: 2 other bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 cot). Bathroom, wc. Electric heating (meter reading) and wood in supplement (according to consumption). Open ground, south-facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Presence of another small cottage right next to it.
