'Overall, the staff at this hotel were genuinely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. Their service made a good impression and they were always friendly and responsive. Also, the room is smaller than you thought. However, there were two major issues that seriously affected my stay. First, the noise. Staff start working very early in the morning, around 4 AM, and I could clearly hear the washing machine running continuously. I was staying on the top floor, and the sound insulation is...

'Nice place if you are on a budget. Great location. My favorite part was the lady in the kitchen walking out when you come inside the entry. Hot water needs work. Otherwise if you are on a budget and never been the mexico this is a great place to start. Residential and you can walk anywhere. '

'Clean room. Very light and airy. Maximalist vibe with artwork everywhere. Super accommodating staff. We didn't try the breakfast. Coffee, various teas, fruit and cookies were always available. Great location. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. An easy walk to the Anthropology Museum and to the National Auditorium. '

'Loved this place. So quiet at night. Comfortable big bed. Spotless room. Super shower and bathroom. Friendly little family team. Breakfasts were excellent - always fruit, fruit juice, coffee (or tea), toast/pastries and something cooked - we had something different every day of the week. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the roof terrace. Nice location in Condesa, near Roma. Highly recommend and would come again. Thank you. '

'The apartment was fine. 2bd, 2 bath in good condition. Nelson who is staff was excellent, very attentive and super helpful. The issue is the noise. Very difficult to sleep, the window pane is thin and you can hear everything happening in the street. You would have motorcycles passing by at all hours of the night and would wake you up because of the exhaust, and then they would rev the engine. It was difficult to get a good night sleep every night. '

'Monica and everyone at Casa Ensenada are so welcoming. It is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. A small but sufficient breakfast is available daily. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them. '
