'the photos they use are misleading, they show now rooms with carpets yet I received a room with a smelly carpet all throughout the room. When I told front desk I was not pleased with carpet and would like another room I was told all rooms were full which was not true . The next afternoon I spoke to another staff member who advised that there were other rooms available but I would have to wait until the following morning to be able to change my room . 'Our sink had not been cleaned from the prior stayer. There were whiskers and soap scum in the sink. The appeared unswept and our socks got dirty after walking in it. I cleaned the sink myself as I was exhausted from traveling and too tired to deal with the issues. Otherwise we had very good assistance from the staff. The bed was clean and very very comfortable. It seems to be a safe area to stay in.'
