'On the first night, my pillow smelled like cigarettes. This really bothered me because I always book non-smoking rooms. The next day, as I was heading to the front desk, I noticed that housekeeping was already cleaning the room. The smell disappeared. The hotel was good for the price. They cleaned the room every day. Free laundry. The breakfast wasn't good.'

'Firstly the location of the hotel is not the location on the map in the listing, it’s 10 minutes away from there not best the water. Arrived at the hotel tired was told no tvs work in the hotel, I have an 11 year old who was bored, couldn’t use iPad as wifi and service was horrible. key card never worked most of the time, went to get reactivated and the older man on the desk was rude. 'It was our first time staying in a Quality inn and we had a great experience, carpet and room were very clean ,,it was a welcoming sight after a long drive , I would definitely be staying there on our halfway stop to our destination.'
