'This listing is a scam. I was told by the company that manages Lazer house that they do not advertise on Expedia and that I would need to work with Expedia to get my money back. It has been almost a month and Expedia still has not refunded my money.'

'The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude. The apartment was nothing like it was listed, there were no kitchenettes in the apartment, not even a kettle or a sink. We were required to use the communal...
