'This property is fantastic. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's settled in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and enough sleeping space for 6-8 people. The kitchen is wonderful, the living areas are cozy. I couldn't have asked for a better space and I hope to rent here again some day.'

'Enjoyed our stay at Lake Arrowhead. Fred/ Owner was very prompt and easy to communicate with. The unit was open and spacious. It was nice to relax each day with our dogs after a day of dock diving. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit area. It was also nice to have the area fenced off the daylight basement to stage the dogs to leash up and exercise. 'We got this property as a spot for all the groomsmen for my wedding to stay together. The place was perfect. Lots of space, huge bedrooms, multiple beds. The extra room with Billards was fun. I wish we got to stay longer and use the fire pit. Bring soap for the bathrooms/showers. Other than that I would go back in a heart beat!! All was perfect for a family/group.'

'The location of the property was great and right on the lake. We enjoyed our stay and made s’mores by the fire pit. The grill was great although we did need to get propane as the tank was empty. 'This is the perfect place to stay if you need quick access to the Rome Tennis Center. We were literally 5mins from the courts . The house was lovely and hot tub was a bonus. I wish the Georgia weather had been a bit warmer so we could have sat outside and enjoyed the back yard:).'
