The staff was very kind and receptive, that's what stood out to me during my stay, the facility was clean and it was a memorable moment. Outside was a pain, kids coming up but 2 stood out, 1 grabbed my arm to distract me and the other kid picked my pocket, I was missing an envelope of cash when I got back $1,000. to be exact which I was given in the States for someone's family in Somaliland.

Generally the hotel was good and the reception and sitting area was nice and comfortable. I thought the carpet throughout the building, including the rooms were well worn and could do with replacing. The room was generally satisfactory, however, was disappointed with the noise from the wedding at the hotel. During the 2 weeks that we were there, wedding took place circa 6 times. The room service, breakfast and food generally was satisfactory. I was disappointed with the sauna and steam room as they were not always working and it could do with a refurb / modernisation. Generally, the hotel was ok and if your not are not one for attention to detail, you will enjoy your experience. Out of 10, I would give the hotel 7

One thing my wallet went missing froom my room. Took quiet awhile to unvestigate no results and no compensation. No suspect was seen on the monitorsin corridor but cleaning personal.

It is clean and quite rooms . Employees are well trained and very friendly. They try to help you even out of their way. It feels like home. Defiantly I suggest to everyone who wants to spend time in Addis. The place is center for most of the things.

I love this place, it’s my go to place in Addis. Checking in can be a little annoying. I booked two rooms with twin beds as I was with family & front desk kept insisting I only booked one room. After showing them my Expedia app & the conformation email I was able to check in. Rooms are nice & clean. The spa & massage were relaxing. The restaurant serves some delicious food. The place is across the street from my fav coffee shop Tomoca which is a plus. If you visit Addis, I recommend Sapphire. Reasonable price with exceeded expectations.

i Left Sore & Sour At Sapphire
Airline one day late so i am one day late so i lost money, more money, time and my schedule shift further off and Sapphire nor Hotels.com could've guaranteed me a credit on my lost night. Room wasn't cleaned, too hott, mini refrigerator off, mold growth in fridge, night stand lamp & ceiling lights both flickering....With all my complaints Sapphire Addis Hotel never switched me out...someone of the staff opened up balcony slider to cool room but the noise pollutions kept me up all four nights..My trip is ruined!

Spa staff actually called my wife from the steam room, for a payment??They just couldn’t wait. The first room, room 805 (I believe) very dangerous for a little one, the balcony baluster to wide and the window has major crack (don’t rent this room if you have kids.) The room is clean, great design, good choice of colors and it has home feel to it. Restroom has a very nice jacuzzi, but it takes too much time to heat it (just upgrade your water heater.) Once the trial and error time behind them, I don’t mind staying again. Overall advice to MG, it takes just a few minuets a day to inspect a room.

Ottimo hotel pulito e confortevole Sranza spaziosa e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo L'hotel si trova non lontano da bole che può essere raggiunta a piedi Sempre taxi disponibili fuori dell'hotel Il giudizio sarebbe stato migliore se non fosse mancata l'acqua per due volte su 4 giorni Potrebbe non essere responsabilità dell'hotel ma una cisterna se gli episodi sono così frequenti potrebbe essere un segno di attenzione Infine colazione migliorabile e l'unico hotel al mondo che non rilascia la ricevuta se si è pagato con Hotel.com o altri circuiti

I booked a room with 2 person, but some amenities (Room shoes and bathrobes) were provided for one person only. Except this point, almost all services were great. I reccomend this hotel.
