Deze mooie bungalow is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd en heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om u thuis te laten voelen. WIFI en NETFLIX voor uw plezier. De gastronomische, moderne keuken en een open woonkamer bieden ook toegang tot de achtertuin. Vijf minuten lopen naar Grange steiger en 10 minuten lopen naar de winkels en restaurants in Henley Square. Er is ook openbaar vervoer aan het einde van de rustige straat die je meeneemt op een rit van twintig minuten recht naar het hart van de stad. Ook een 10 minuten taxirit vanaf Adelaide Airport. De straat is erg rustig en het huis heeft een veilige parkeergelegenheid op straat voor maximaal 4 auto's. Er zijn beveiligingscamera's buiten het huis om u een veilig gevoel te geven.

De grootste slaapkamer heeft een kingsize zwevend waterbed en een 60-inch tv. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed, veel opknoping ruimte en een ensuite met een spa-bad, dubbele douche en wastafels. De derde slaapkamer heeft een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed.

De achtertuin

Een middelgrote tuin met gazon dat zeer veilig is voor honden. Er is een grote buitenomgeving en een barbecue voor veel vermaak.

Wonderful property and host

This property was perfect for what we needed. The dogs were safe and secure. Julie was fantastic with communication. It was easy to access, perfectly clean and comfortable. I loved the waterbed! Will definitely stay here every time we come to Adelaide.

Closeness to beach, walks, coffee and restaurnts

The house was just what we were expecting and more. Julie was a generous and friendly host who responded to all of my questions promptly. Tue property was so lovely and the location was just perfect for us to watch to the beach and get coffee each day. Henley beach itself is so close to Adelaide city and all of their attractions. We felt right at home the whole time. Could easily live here!

Winter Stay @ Summer Breeze

We had a wonderful holiday in Adelaide while staying at Summer Breeze with our fur baby. This gorgeous comfy house has everything you need for a great stay and the yard is so safe and well fenced. It is in the perfect location to head out to the Barossa, Adelaide Hills, Hahndorf, the city and down to Glenelg. Great location to the beach, cafes and many restaurants all of which are in walking distance. Julie is so helpful and responds very quickly to your needs.

Pet safe yard, fabulous first and last impression

Mum and I (and our 2 dogs) were very impressed with this stay in Henley Beach. It was a wow moment when we arrived, lights on for arriving at dusk, and complimentary wine and chocolates (thank you!) and we soon found it was very safe and set up for the dogs also, with a fully enclosed front and back yard, and automatic closing driveway gate (using a remote control). I swiftly moved some precious ceramic items in the entry hallway to safety from rambunctious pups on arrival. It was all easy and beautiful! We are only sad we didn’t plan to stay longer and make better use of the bath and beautiful fire, and outdoor recliners, which we enjoyed during our late Autumn visit. It was certainly a treat to stay here. Even though the water bed is a feature, and I used this room, I think I’d find more comfortable a regular bed with a quality mattress, Mum thought her bed was really comfortable. The third bedroom is a smaller bed and we didn’t use this one, but probably well suited for a younger one. The house is well appointed with lots of personal extras in the cupboards and fridge and freezer for use by guests, from food to everything you may possibly need. I was hesitant to turn the hot water temperature on (located in the bathroom with bath) and found it only after realising we had no hot water before going to bed. It didn’t take long though. Everything was gorgeous, comfortable and thoroughly relaxing and only needed a minimum of puppy proofing to enable me to. We are so grateful!

Wonderful house and location

A lovely house in a great location, just 500m to the beach and a short walk to the cafes and restaurants in Henley Square. We loved how well equipped the house was and it had everything we needed - kitchen and bathroom supplies in abundance. Julie was great to deal with and very accommodating. This property made our stay in Adelaide very relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a fabulous 12 days in this well appointed beachside home with lovely open plan living & delightful garden, providing a very comfortable stay for 6 adults & the occasional hound. The weather was 30c+ every day so the easy access to the beach & Henley Square was much appreciated, as was the very efficient air conditioning throughout the home! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The hosts were very thoughtful in decorating the place. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Nice area near the beach, though it is a fair distance to the CBD.
