Definitely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located to dining and transport and the shopping mall; it was clean, and the staff were very helpful. It had a nice bar area with live music, which probably could've had extra staff on their busy nights. We were told by a couple of locals that the street it is located on can be dodgy at night and to be careful. There is a police station right next door, so that was reassuring. I would stay here again.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to discover I had been given a corner room with beautiful views! The pool and spa were clean, and it was a lovely area to spend a couple of hours. You can order food & drinks on your phone which the staff will deliver to the poolside for you - such a treat! Room was immaculately clean with a comfy bed & modern bathroom. A/C can be a bit noisy so I’d recommend turning it off while you sleep. Otherwise, the room is nice and quiet with no street noise. Loved staying here and would absolutely return!

The property was very old and needed revamping. The chair in our room was broken. No dressing gowns and when we asked for them we got the oldest straggly looking gowns delivered that should have been thrown out a long time ago. Shower had mould in it. Water bottles were not replaced. This is more of a 3.5 star hotel.

We liked the room and the refurbishment and found the bed comfortable. It was in a good location and everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance. The staff were friendly and liked the pool being outside and spent some time there.
The only negatives were the light on the fire detecter in the wall was so bright it lit up the whole room and I didn’t have an eye mask and it made it hard for me to sleep as I like darkness and the noice out on the street kept my husband awake all night.
We would still come back as overall we were happy but would def being an eye mask 😊

The hotel is very conveniently located and the major city attractions are accesible by walking distance. Room is maintained cleanly and provides bottled water every night which makes guests feel they are cared about. We spent three nights and had first breakfast at the hotel however my Visa card was declined and we had to bring cash from room to make payment. It turned out the card had no problem with other vendors. But then we avoided the hotel restaurant later . All staff including ones in the restaurant are very nice.
