Spacious appartment, quiet, nice staff. Recommend
A bit out of the busy CBD district yet easy walkable. With dish washer, laundry facilities and great comfy bed. Nice city view, but what makes this facility really pleasant is the super understanding and helpful staff. After a journey around the globe these folks can make the difference if you're exhausted. Thanks guys!

Nice appartment in Adelaide. Spacious rooms for a couple. It is just a short walk to the city center. The apartment has a microwave, oven and electrical cooking possibilities. The pool and sauna are really nice to relax in.

Heerlijk bed.
Heb behoorlijke tijd gezocht naar deze locatie. Het gebouw was wel herkenbaar maar de aangegeven naam is nergens aangegeven. Het is een appartementen complex en geen hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk even wennen maar goed te doen. Echter het aangegeven uitzicht op de bergen niet aanwezig. Een afgesloten balkon met een grote muur als uitzicht. Ook de aangegeven toiletspullen niet aanwezig. Zakelijke benadering door de receptionisten. Ook de aangegeven kanalen op de tv niet aanwezig.

Car park was only available twice so we parked in a different spot. Room was nice, a really hard bed was the main issue we had. Pool and spa were fantastic. Overall a very good stay.

Poor quality, old hotel.
Family of 4, staying for 3 nights. Our room overlooked a derelict building next door. Room was very dated. Carpet was grey and old, blinds were broken. The TV was old and had lines running through the screen (not HD, no streaming services, old Foxtel box, no on demand). The spa wasn't working. The room wasn't serviced at all while we were there. Wouldn't stay again.

Fair kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves but small fridge. Good location and easy to get to. Walk to most things and buses around. One lift not working, so just 1 lift for 17 floors was slow on occasion.

Great location - close to Adelaide Central Markets and a pleasant walk to Rundle Mall and restaurants. Our unit was on the top floor and view was spectacular. Everything in the unit was neat, tidy and clean. Was a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. It was noisy at night and early morning - bar/ club near ground floor, intoxicated people shouting in adjacent walkways, neighbouring building sites. In the common areas and lifts there was a strong constant smell of cigarette smoke - which personally disliked the most.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was appropriate for our needs, with ample space for the 3 of us and was comfortable for a multi day stay. The balcony with opening/closing windows was a pleasant surprise. The washer/dryer was extremely helpful after a multi state trip. The common area facilities - pool, spa, sauna, steam room were a welcome addition. Security was paramount for the building, with access only via tags at all points. The only issue we had was the discovery of used false eyelashes in the bathroom cupboard. We would gladly stay again.

The property was within walking distance to public transport & it suited our needs as I was travelling with friends & the beds were all singles .The only downside was that we stayed on a Saturday night & there was a nightclub behind the building that played loud music until after midnight.If you just needed a room for the night it would be suitable & the it was very affordable.

One lift didn't work (due to a critical part failure)and there were notices saying that the stairwell could be used in the interim (this was during the 3 days of our stay) but this only happened half the time. We were stuck in the fire stairs at least 3 occasions during our stay so had to back track around the property alot. It's important to hold your nerve when using the stairwell just in case you do become stuck. My tip is to be resourceful and try the next available door. Pool and recreation facilities were excellent and the best Brazillian restaurant around the corner. Also a red stain in the hallway of our apartment so bring slippers just in case.

Stayed 5 nights, only 3 tea bags, part of the shower head was broken also the split system not working on heat, but do not worry came home with cold. I should not have to ask staff to fix these items they should all be fixed, although I have stayed in Adelaide numerous times I know I can get better value else where, I suggest Manager fix these issues!

The check in process was very quick and simple and the staff very helpful. The location of the IStay was great - very close to a wide variety of great eating places and only a short walk to the central market and the Mall.
