'The property was clean and the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast included with your stay was surprisingly good. The carpet in the hallway on the 4 th floor where we stayed was a little lumpy possibly from water damage but the rest of the property was well kept and well managed. I definitely would recommend and would stay there again.'

This location had a Starbucks that was closed as well, the staff couldn't even provide complimentary coffee in the morning while their food sources were shut down. Forced to walk off property to a fast food place for our morning coffee at these prices! Also charged us for parking in the hotel garage when it was 90% empty! $10 a night that Expedia did not list either.'

'Pius - Oceanfront rooms at a GR8 price. Full kitchen, outside deck with a couple of chairs & table. Big, nice sitting area with sofa & chair. Nice, small restaurant & bar on-site, breakfast, lunch & dinner served. EZ beach access. Neg - Could have been cleaner, carpets, undersink cabinets. Bathroom was clean. On the weekend very noisy with lots of kids screaming, exotic birds screeching. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful beach getaway, skip the weekends. If you are a family...
