'Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in the middle and awful. '

'Everything was good, apart from the coffee at breakfast. Investing in a good coffee machine with decent coffee beans would be a big improvement (I couldn't drink the coffee). Also provide some small espresso cups which many foreign guests would prefer. Despite this small complaint, I would recommend the Hotel. Nioce people, great location, good value.'

'Would not stay again. Whilst the family room was fine, the bathroom extractor fan was deafening, and for a family room they only included 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs for the four of us. We went to use the pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, and were told they had run out of towels and we would have to go back to our room to get and use those towels. The pool and changing room was tired and shabby. But worst of all was the metal sheeting on the bottom of the pool, which had intermittent...

'Very bad, mold everywhere. Old rooms everything out of date. Not worth it's money. Last time a booked this hotel. It is dirty and disgusting the state the rooms are in. '

'Agree entirely with a previous review. Not an hotel, just a B&B with bar and a very limited menu. The proprietess wanted to talk at us. The son, considerably older than 21, came up to us in the bar and said his mother would be with us soon to serve us drinks. Clearly he was not authorized to. Why? So we waited another 5 --10 mins for her to appear. No hot water in room - neither shower nor wash basin. Reactions were "we know one of the hot water timers is faulty, but it's nearly time for annual...

'The parking was good at the hotel and only £10 a night. The hotel is lovely, good breakfast, bar open till 02:00, rooms very comfortable. Would recommend staying here and close to the city centre.'

'Firs Guesthouse is eenvoudig, maar afgezien van het ontbijt (English breakfast bestaat uit melige worstjes en snoteieren en wordt alleen geserveerd tussen 8-9 uur, weekend 9-10 uur) niets te klagen! Prima ligging, fijne douche en goede bedden.'
