Only down side was that they finish up at 10 pm and we had guests joining us for dinner, so we felt a bit rushed in the end because we weren't informed in advance. 'Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.'
