It is a beautiful private property of 75.22 sq.m. , built of stone with a wooden roof with No separate rooms. There is a large bay window and windows which overlook the Swimming pool and garden.There is a view to the Sea also.

In order to stay at my house.The nearest beach is 600mtrs.
From the Port of Aegina is 12 km and from Port of Souvala is 4,2 km.
There are a few taverns near the property as well Super Market 1,4 km.

There is one King Size bed ,one single bed and the sofa could be also bed.

At the property you can have a relaxing time with Barbecue and a big dining table with chairs.There are another two tables with chairs.The one is at the garden and the other in front of the swimming pool.
The Pool is 1 meters in the beginning and as you go further inside reaches 2 meters deep .

It’s a peaceful and relaxing place for vacations .

Please close the shades and umbrellas when there is wind and when you are not in the property you have to close air conditioning system.
