'Had a wonderful experience here in this lovely hotel. The customer service was excellent and as good as anyone could ask for, especially Ms. THAO Hoàng, the customer service representative at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay and experience was extraordinary. The hotel is in excellent condition with a huge outdoor pool, as well as a Japanese style bath and gym. Plus, several restaurants attached to the property Would definitely stay here again.'

'The Bao Tran Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in Haiphong. The staff were professional and very courteous; starting from check-in with front desk, to housekeeping and onsite security. We didn’t arrive until 3AM due to our flight but since I had emailing the hotel about our arrival time, someone was there to greet us which was much appreciated after traveling for 23 hours.

'The cruise was great - especially our guide Hieu! We had a room with terrace on the upper deck which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cruise itself was amazing. We note that there are only few other boats around the route so that there weren’t many other tourists around. The food was also very good.'

"Zalige cruise met leuke activiteiten! Mooi en nieuw interieur. Vriendelijk personeel! Een onvergetelijke ervaring! Het personeel regelde voor ons ook vervoer naar onze volgende stop: Cat ba Island, omdat de cruise heel dicht bij het eiland stopte. Zo hoefden we niet met de transfer terug naar Tuan Chau. Als we dan toch 1 opmerking moeten geven, is het dat de drankjes aan de dure kant zijn in vergelijking met andere locaties die we deden in Vietnam. "
