'Haley accommodated our request for early check in with no issue. She was very kind, courteous, and helpful. We even received an upgraded room with a huge spacious private patio with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Room was just as spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and was well attended by the very kind and kery courteous breakfast staff. All the staff in the hotel were very kind and delightful. 'Stayed Friday to Sunday. The hotel was clean and every time you looked around, someone was cleaning. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very nice. We did have an issue in our room where the rug was very wet. When I contacted housekeeping, they immediately contacted maintenance who came and looked at the issue. Because they couldn’t resolve right then, they changed our room right away. We would definitely come back.'

'It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!'

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
