The neighborhood is great - you can see downtown easily and can walk to the local coffee shop and the famous Tipton’s biscuits! The beds were comfortable, nice crisp sheets, and a full kitchen- you could stay a few nights or a week or a month and have all you need. '

'We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate home! The rooms are large yet cozy and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook dinner. My family loved the hot tub. The hosts made sure we had propane fur the grill and even came personally when there was a problem with the AC. The workman came right out and quickly fixed the issue. The communication with the host was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again!'

'I give this property A Not only was the host (Scott) a wonderfully considerate host but he was truly interested in getting to know us and share his knowledge of the surrounding area. The "Mushroom Cottage" sits right above a tributary of the French Broad River and it was awesome listening to the sounds of the river while on the deck. The property could not have been furnished any better. We lacked nothing. Cannot wait to return! S.M.'
