'3 adults -long weekend- just right - could walk to state park beach or very short drive and also close to convenient grocery store or market. only a few more mins to downtown Petoskey gaslight shopping district and marina/park. Property mgt was communicative clear and responsive- comfortable and relaxed atmosphere- you do hear busy traffic noise close to Petoskey harbor drive when out in the deck but that was a small concern to be so close to everything '

'I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids. '

'My mom and I had a great stay with her Boston terrier. This place is beautifully remodeled and I would not have changed a thing. We knew it was on the second floor but my mom is disabled and has limited mobility. We would’ve asked for special accommodations to use the elevator if we had known it existed ahead of time. She struggled with the stairs. Other than that, highly recommended!'

'We’ve been making our way around MI coastal towns and happened upon this house for our trip to Cheboygan. The house was great; nice, new, all the amenities. Only complaint, the wi-fi coverage wasn’t great and the internet connection was spotty, and that is kind of expected given the location. Otherwise everything was great.'
