'This is a hidden gem in downtown detroit. It's across the street from the Indigo and Westin, but costs a fraction of the price. Parking is down the street, but safe and cheap. Room is modern, clean, quiet and big. Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, washer and dryer, and a nice view. Highly recommended. '

'Fabulous, fabulous place to stay! Beautiful interior and immaculately clean. I stayed two days and would definitely stay again in the future. The communications from Kasa were clear and comprehensive. Nice little touches like ear plugs, bottled water and cookies. Right in the heart of downtown Detroit, but I still found it quiet and safe. By far, the best place I stayed on my tour through Michigan.'

'Communication was excellent, check in instructions were clear. When we first walked in we were impressed by the cleanliness, modern features, spaciousness, and view to the lake ALL in the first step into the condo. Another important feature that doesn’t get mentioned often is the comfort of the beds so I want to let people who are considering this property know that the beds are really comfortable. 'Beautifully done unit. Stayed in the classic unit and really enjoyed the modern fit and finish throughout. Specifically the shower and kitchen/living room areas. Very close to plenty of downtown food, shops. And bars'

'This is newly renovated, and it was clean. Close to the hospital which was why I booked it. Quiet during the night and it was easy to check in with clear communication. I will probably stay here again!'

'The dishwasher didn’t work, I tried to notify our contact, but I wasn’t able to get ahold of them. There is a laundry facility that shares the driveway, and sometimes their trucks block you in. We did enjoy our stay.'

'This place is great. The cabin was clean and adorable and stocked more than i expected. The location on the beach gives and incredible view and you can watch the sunrise over the water from the porch. Will stay again '

'The fridge froze everything solid. There was no broom to sweep the dirt out of the cabin. But the location was beautiful. The cabin was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing. We didnt have no wood for the burn pit which the add on line saud it was provided. I would stsy again but i would definitely ask for a broom and then make sure the fridge worked properly. '

'Beautiful one of a kind property. The location was amazingly special. Once we got there we never left the property. The beautiful little town of Saugatuck was very close by but the house and property were so amazing we just couldn’t leave. Everything we needed was right there. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The view was like no other. We could’ve sat on the beach all day long and watched the waves and the boats come and go. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay next...
