'Very nice cabin, lots of space and things to do. Tammy and David were very nice and great to deal with. Would recommend this cabin and can’t wait to go back. They also had all things needed for an infant which was extremely nice not to have to pack. '

'My partner, dog and I came to sugar island to experience a new place in the UP and we will certainly be returning to Sweet Retreat!! Sheri and Jeff were the most accommodating of hosts and truly go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort and fun. We used the bikes on the property and were lucky enough to take a pontoon cruise with the hosts our last night. The cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We can’t wait to come back!'

'An amazing, historical house in a beautiful setting. We felt transported back in time with all the added modern touches. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the covered back porch. Very quiet despite being in a residential setting very close to downtown.'

'The seven of us stayed there for a conference. We stayed here last year and it was perfect. They made some updates And they did an excellent job. This house is close to downtown which we walk to a few times and did some shopping after the conference.'
